We’ve updated our Annual Assurance Statement frequently asked questions (FAQs) to include a question that has recently been asked about whether landlords should highlight outstanding Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR’s) in the Annual Assurance Statement. Given the importance of tenant and resident safety, we’ve advised in our updated FAQs that if a landlord has not carried out all due EICR’s at the point of submitting its Annual Assurance Statement it should identify this in its Annual Assurance Statement.
