About Tenant Advisors
Our Tenant Advisors bring tenants into the heart of our regulation of social landlords. Their feedback provides us with a tenant perspective to add to the other regulatory evidence we gather.
Tenant Advisors may help us with our work by:
- testing landlord services by acting as mystery shoppers, assessing information and materials produced by landlords for their tenants
- reviewing our draft publications and website facilities, and helping us to make sure our material is both accessible and user friendly for tenants
- asking other service users for their views when we assess the quality of service provided by social landlords to give us a direct, user perspective to add to other regulatory evidence.
We recruited to the role in early 2022, and current TA’s will be in place from 1 April 2022 for a period of three years. You can read the information pack for applicants here.
