How to save or print as pdf

Save this page as a PDF

You can save any page on our website as a PDF using your browser.

Windows

• Press Ctrl + P

Mac

• Press Cmd + P

Then:

• Look for a setting called printer or destination
• Choose:
  • Save as PDF, or
  • Microsoft Print to PDF
• Save your file

If you cannot see a PDF option:

• Look for more options (for example, “More settings”)
• Or open your system print window:
  • Windows: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Then choose Microsoft Print to PDF

You can change settings like:

• Page size
• Scale
• Margins

These are usually in the print options.
