We have published updated Charter technical guidance and FAQs for landlords completing their Annual Return on the Scottish Social Housing Charter due in 2020. There are no changes to indicators. We have added further clarification to Indicators 18 and 30 and updated our FAQs including worked examples for Indicators 19, 21 and 23.
